This, and my heart (2000)

On one wall are nine oval frames, two containing clack and white photographs, seven containing phrases excerpted from (19th and early 20th century) diaries of young women who lived in Providence. Below the frames are the diaries themselves. In the center of the room is a 19th century organ that has been altered so it contains a display case. The organ and the objects in the display cases relate to the narratives inthe historical diaries of eight students from Mount Pleasant High School in Providence.
